The deluxe queen room was equipped with an iron, ironing board, electronic key card, and a work desk. the breakfast spread was impressive, with ready-to-eat order-plates featuring eggs and meat. - Had a wonderful day here and would choose to stay here again.

Has a great pool and restaurant. Normally rooms are clean.
Our room had a big blood smear on the wall by the window. Literally six inches from the headboard. Ewwwwww!

We liked the spaciousness of the pool and room. One bed was comfortable and one wasn't. Nice to have a choice. Parking was good. The staff was fun and friendly.
I hurt my feet three times (I'm a slow learner), because the tacking strip between the bathroom and the carpet was exposed. I complained to staff and I think they fixed it or maybe I was just more careful eventually.

Everything! We are repeat customers and cannot say enough good things about this hotel!
Just noise from a wedding that was going on

We loved the decor and atmosphere of the hotel. The pool area was amazing! Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. Very family friendly.
We visited the restaurant during our stay and the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was awful. We came in the afternoon when the restaurant was empty as a party of 12 and our server seemed uninterested in visiting our table. Took 20 minutes to get menus, then another 20 to take our order. We had to go up to the bar area to ask for any more drinks to be brought to our table. Service was so bad that it was almost laughable.

Size of room. Pool & Fitness center.
The poor replacement of room amenities when cleaned. Food trays in hallways not picked up even though maid service & main desk had been informed of issue.

The in-house restaurant had great food at a reasonable price. the bathroom was huge and had a hairdryer and bath sheets. - the location was great for exploring the area, close to stores, the ocean, and the business center.

Near by US border , more convenient for transit.
Breakfast is not included in the room charge, the price is a little bit higher.

I liked the looks of the hotel.
food was good if u dont mind waiting an hour. most the staff was rude or just didnt care. And it is far from handicap friendly.

The daily breakfast was great with hash browns, meat, toast. My room was immaculate & relaxing with fridge, the sink was blocked, balcony. The location in a lovely area was brilliant and there were a supermarket and shops nearby.

Easy to find and easy parking. Nice pool which the kids liked although it was a little small for the numbers using it. Pleasant bar (although a little humid next to the indoor pool) with an attentive barman.
Restaurant and bar closed quite early and pool did not open early. Had the impression the place was running on minimum staff, hence restricted openings. Restaurant service sloppy. Pool got very busy with tour groups - also noisy in corridors.
